it has been 2 years i am in TP and i tink it's my pleasure to b in this sch as there are soooo mani fabulous lecturers ard.. dey are owas so helpful and oso friendly.. dey don care so much of trouble but juz to help ppl or rather students who r in need of help..

soon iwill b in yr 3 and i tink tt is sth worth remembering is that when someone leaves TP, our lecturers will b normally de ppl we miss.. i cant sae tt for sure but one ting i can confirm is tt.. ALL MY LECTURERS ARE REALLI GOOD.. got a few names to b listed..

Hey guys, it had been quite a long time i last blogged as i was busy with my projects which are due in this week. i am relieved as this week is my last week in school before my exam starts. i think that a BIGGEST news right now is not about my school but:

'O' LEVEL RESULTS WILL BE OUT ON THIS FRIDAY 10 FEB 2.30PM

if you are unsure of the timing, well, now u know and you can get your results soon~ i believe you guys came to TP open house that day and i think that quite a number of people are actually more interested in BUSINESS and IT school courses and when i asked them why, they say is because they ARE LEAST INTERESTED IN ENGINEERING. hahaa... you can judge now that you don't like engineering school but after getting results, you'll no longer think that way~ Good Luck~

Temasek ENG School will be offering a new Diploma in Integrated Facility Design & Management (JAE code: T28) starting from April 2006. This diploma will train students to become professionals in managing the new Integrated Resorts at Marina and Sentosa, as well as the new Business Financial Centre….. these are going to be the hottest facilities in Singapore!!

our “direct” entry into a Diploma in Electronics (AEROSPACE ELECTRONICS) course. (JAE code: T11).

For those who R unsure of themselves,… you can take our ETCM package (JAE code: T05).
Dat means…… you can decide which diploma to specialise in, only in your second year!! (Electronics / Telecoms / Computer Engineering / Microelectronics).
-- Yep!! you can take your time 2 decide!!

Hey peeps.. This is the very first time im entering my entry..Now TP is having our open house...Its a very good opportunity for those in sec 3,4 and 5 students to come and see the courses and have a rough idea of what to choose if they wanna enter tp..My life in tp have been great! i've made so many new friends, got along well with my coursemates and teachers..I love my course sooooooo much! My course is Business Process and Systems Engineering..I study about business and engineering...its great and fun learning the subjects..even tho' it may seem quite difficult at times, once you reach year two, you will get the hang of it..The subjects you pursue will benefit you in so many ways..You will learn about Java Programming and even basic knowledge of designing web page...

oh dear..i got to go..class starting soon..till then! Do come to tp!!

i'm here to update you people on the entertainment side in Temasek Polytechnic.

Recently the Tp newspaper featured an aspiring top supermodel from Ford Co.. She happens to be a CMM student and just a dish about her, she is of mixed parentage of Indian, Chinese, Scottish and some other blood. We wish her the best of luck in modeling and future endeavours.

Although i do not normally watch CH8 or Ch U, i know about Star Idol ok. And here are some contestants you wouldnt wanna miss because they are from Temasek Poly.

well, i'm back to post in TP blog.. hmm, there are so many happenings in school lately. Do you guys know who is Dr William Tan? he's the one who break world guiness record.. on 5 and 6th Jan, he sat on the "bike" that our school invented. he started the 24-hour marathon on 5th Jan evening.. i also went to support him by running the 3 rounds..

i heard from my friends who went to see him and hear the announcements, that there are 1.85 million of people who actually turned up in the middle of the night to run with him. i think it's something worth to be happy.. i think it's also nice to have him in my school to give us motivational talk which is so MEANINGFUL.. he told us everything that he had encountered throughout all his life and how he actually overcome~

i think something worth to learn is the way he takes things.. he said that regardless of what happen, even if we were to fail, just take it as an experience.. learn from the mistake and strive to do even better.. then only that time you will do better.. i strongly think that this is very encouraging and nice~ i heed his advice after that!

lately, there are new courses up.. in TP, there are so many new courses offering to the newer batch of students who are coming to TP.. it's quite nice as only our TP offers all these new courses.. it may be new but also good that only TP has that particular course that draws your attention..

you can see all these diplomas so new and have alot of queries to ask but i think it's the best to know for yourself what type of diplomas are you actually interested in~ if you are currently waiting for "O" levels results, you have to start planning of what you actually want.. for people who are still studying in secondary schools, do not fret as you have more time to think of what you want...

in TP, we have all sorts of facilities.. all sorts of places whereby you can chill after your lessons end.. it can be at "Jupiter Cafe" at design school... hee.. or the cafe near the bookshop.. i think it's quite nice to chill there sometimes.. LOL

well, in TP, in just 2 weeks time, there will be OPEN HOUSE for everyone.. YOU can attend and also bring along your frens to come and view our facilities and the different types of courses we actually offer~ it's better if you come down personally to understand everything as i might not be able to provide you with all the information you all might want~

i hope i will get to see you guys in TP open house~ make your decision right and do not regret~ TP is definitely a rightful choice for u~ :P

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO MINASAN(EVERYONE)~

i am back to update TP blog. so sorry to those people who actually look in this website.. i had term tests so i had no time to update~ sorry.. sumimasen!

well, in TP, a lot of things might just happened.. just like the lastest superidol hosted by bryan wong.. there are 2 contestants who are involved.. i think i need not say much already got people know about them.. they are Albert AND Leo..

currently, albert is in TP the first yr.. hmm, in actually life he's quite skinny as compared to on screen but he's also quite 'yan dao' ok.. haha.. i saw him twice in TP and once he was just right in front of me.. but his eyes were indeed SMALL.. :P

as for Leo, he had graduated in the year 2002. i do not know much about him but i think in TP, there are really indeed alot of happenings which you might want to encounter. just like the projected superstar, in TP engineering school, there's one who is involved. he's none other than Sugianto. well, i also saw him before not because he's in my school but is because he's my brother's friend.

what does all these show? in TP, there are all sorts of people, all sorts of lecturers.. and i strongly believe that all the lecturers/tutors are really good. and i think it's good enough to believe that.. in my life in TP, i encountered all sorts of people, had all sorts of lecturers and i think that most touching is when the lecturers actually treat you as FRIEND instead of student~

in all these choices, you might find all these terms unfamiliar but it's really nice if u can find out... it's going to be end of 2005 and soon, in 2006, there will be an openhouse. you can come to TP on 19 to 21 Jan for the openhouse and the people in charge of the particular courses will elaborate more~

all the people will be so willing to explain to u.. i can tell u tt, in TP, alot of things happen.. especially in Engineering school which is the biggest of all schools~ gambate

it seems like i took such a long time in order to post another blog.. hmm, let me think.. in engineering school of tp.. alot of events are up.. not only held in engineering school.. in fact is the whole tp.. which is the CCN day.. (care campus network).. when people set up their own booth by selling things that are of the most popular.. which are appealing to all sorts of people regardless of students or adults, outsiders or tp students.. or guys or girls.. it's the matter of how you do business...

in the past i used to think that not all the polys are that great, it's the best to attend junior college but it's not that easy. as L1R5 must be within 20 if possible and also, the 'A' level cert is not that stable.. whereas with a diploma, it will be even strong to attract people's attention when finding a job.. in poly, there are all sorts of courses.. examples like in engineering school, you have mechatronics, biomedical informatics, if you are interested in business but yet you failed english, you can also come to my course BZE which means business process and systems engineering..

it may seem to be long and scary but then i think once you enter this course, it'll be something worth what you chose. this may be unfamiliar as this course is only offered in tp.. and even though it's only 4-5 years old, it is a course whereby all the lecturers/tutors are well-trained to teach us.. it's very nice to have all sorts of tutors/lecturers to teach as you get to know more people.. :P

we also have the courses like CDS(cross-disciplinary subjects). this is for people to learn extra but also to gain more CUs.. which means credit units. this time round, students required to get only 9 CDs CUs.. it's cool right? when actually this CDs CUs imposed was 10.. which was quite hard when the subjects offered are 3 CUs.. when practically only 3 semesters can take CDs.. there are all sorts of subjects.. examples: japanese, french, psychology.. socialogy and etc...

there is new canteen in ITAS(IT and applied science).. which is more like a banquet to a canteen cause it's air-conditioned.. food variety is almost like the food court/banquet.. but the food is nice.. it's worth trying.. you can come to taste the food yourself.. as the food is CHEAP~~~~

even though it's quite tiring to carry books to lessons, i think it's something worth it as you have something to refer to when you need to do any of the assignments or learning for quizzes(tests).. all lecturers/tutors are basically nice and friendly.. some are extremely humorous, always crack jokes.. :P

it's really worth coming to see for yourself.. will update another time..

hi there, this is a new account created for my school.. as i simply think that tp is quite nice place to be in.. i've decided to create this blog. in the beginning i thought that tp's courses were not that appealing and nothing attract me but until i chose my course i am in currently.. i think i need to change my thinking.. i'm in temasek polytechnic pursuing diploma in business process and systems engineering year 2.2. alot of people do not know what this course actually offers.. well, i don't really know at first until i got to know that it is a combination of both engineering and business course which is quite good to my future aspects... thinking about that, i think i did a right decision~

in this course, even though the whole cohort for my batch is not that large, but my coursemates are so sweet and nice to one another especially when you are in a class. i love my class k406 even though we had some disputes last year but that's all in the past. i am really glad that everything in tp is so excellent that i have all my friends.. it's a nice pleasant thing~

when i received my 'O' level results, i was still considering of which course to go.. however i still made a decision that ALL my choices must be in tp.. is not because i live near tp, but i think that tp is quite fun and i think it's worth me joining tp in order to get more experience.. well also, i DON'T NEED to wake up so early for the sake of having lessons in the early morning~

i think i didn't make a wrong decision in joining tp.. should consider joining in tp.. as there's so many handsome guys and pretty babes~ welcome.. i will post more blog another time!

*p.s. this blog is shared among 3 people.. my friends and i hope to see that more people understand what we are trying to convey to everyone who are out there, regardless if you are from ITE or going to get 'O' level results.. we hope you will still choose tp.. ;)
